How It's Made
From filament to finished object
Every Forma3DP product is designed, printed, and quality-checked by us in Beirut. Here's how your order comes to life.
1. Design
We create original designs or refine open-source models, then test every file on our printer before it goes live in the shop.
2. Print
When you order, your piece goes straight onto our Bambu Lab A1. We use premium PLA and PETG filaments for durability and a clean finish.
3. Quality check
Each print is inspected by hand — layer adhesion, dimensions, surface finish, and fit. Anything that doesn't pass gets scrapped and reprinted.
4. Pack & ship
Your order is carefully packed and handed to our courier, or ready for local pickup in Beirut. You'll get a WhatsApp update when it's on its way.
