Our promise
We stand behind every print that leaves our workshop. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns & exchanges
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Custom or personalised orders are non-returnable unless defective
Defective items
If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll reprint and replace it at no cost.
How to start a return
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo
- We'll confirm eligibility and next steps within 24 hours
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item
